1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the time they are placed.
Orders received after 5:00 PM EST, on Sundays, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If any delays occur, customers will be notified via email.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

  • Shipping Time: Delivery within the United States generally takes 4–7 business days after processing.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $9.75 applies to all orders.
  • Promotional shipping discounts may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
  • International destinations

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and instructions for tracking your shipment.
Tracking your order ensures you stay informed throughout the delivery process.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement.
  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, notify us as soon as possible. We will contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary.

7. Business Days

Our shipping and support operations run Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
