Refund Terms
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

- Outbound shipping for the replacement item will be covered by Piwema.
