Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Billing Terms”) govern the use of billing and payment services (“Services”) provided by Piwema. By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Billing Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diner Club, Discover Card, and PayPal.
We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, or money orders for any purchases.

Billing Cycle

The billing cycle begins on the date you make a purchase or subscribe to a plan and continues until your subscription is canceled or your account is terminated. For subscription-based Services, billing will automatically renew either monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.

Billing Statement

You will receive a billing statement for each payment cycle. The statement will include the total amount due, any prior unpaid balance, and any applicable taxes and fees.

Payment Due Date

All payments are due on the date indicated in your billing statement. Failure to pay by the due date may lead to the suspension or termination of your account or access to the Services.

Late Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $10 may be applied. We also reserve the right to charge additional interest on overdue balances, where permitted by law.

Credit Card Authorization

By providing your payment information, you authorize Piwema to charge your card for all applicable fees, including future renewals and any late or interest fees, if applicable.

Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your billing statement, you must notify us within 15 days of the statement date by contacting [email protected]. If you do not dispute the charge within that period, you waive the right to challenge it later.

Termination

Piwema reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment or violation of these Billing Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

Changes to the Billing Terms

We may update these Billing Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes have been posted will signify your acceptance of the revised Billing Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Billing Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Piwema concerning billing and payment and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
