Placing an Order

1. How do I place an order?
Add the items to your cart, go to checkout, enter your shipping and payment info, then confirm your order.

2. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But if you create an account, you can track orders, save shipping info, and view your order history.

3. How do I use a promo code or gift card?
Enter your code during checkout in the field provided, then click “Apply.” The discount will show before payment.


Shipping

1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days, Monday through Saturday (excluding U.S. holidays).

3. What are your shipping rates?
We offer standard domestic shipping for a flat rate of $3.99.

4. How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, orders arrive in 4–7 business days, depending on your location.


Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

2. How do I start a return?
Email us at support@piwema.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

3. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Do you provide return labels?
Yes — if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Otherwise, customers cover return shipping.


Canceling an Order

1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact support@piwema.com right away. After shipping, cancellations are not possible, but you can return the item.

2. What if an item is out of stock?
We’ll notify you immediately. You can choose a replacement, cancel the item, or receive a full refund.


Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

2. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are processed via SSL encryption and PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store full card numbers.

3. Can I apply a discount after placing an order?
No. Promo codes or gift cards must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be added afterward.
