Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling an Order (By Customer)

If you need to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at support@piwema.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for cancellation

a. Before the Order Ships

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

b. After the Order Has Shipped

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the item by following our Return & Refund Policy.


2. Cancellations by Piwema

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Fraud alerts or suspicious activity
  • Incorrect pricing or product details
  • Out-of-stock or discontinued items
  • Shipping limitations or invalid address information

If we cancel your order, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


3. Additional Notes

  • Price Adjustments: We do not offer price matching or apply discounts after an order is placed.
