Shipping Policy

At Piwema, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and with full transparency. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping timelines, delivery locations, and what to do if issues arise.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on Sundays, or during U.S. public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If your order is delayed, we will inform you via email.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after your order is shipped.
  • Flat rate: A shipping fee of $3.99 applies to all orders.
  • Any active shipping promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only to addresses within the United States.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can monitor your shipment status and delivery progress in real time using the provided tracking number.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@piwema.com. We will send a replacement or resolve the issue accordingly.
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows the package is lost or undelivered, please notify us. We’ll coordinate with the carrier and send a replacement if necessary.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience delays, incorrect deliveries, or missing items, contact our support team at support@piwema.com. We are here to help and will resolve delivery issues promptly.


7. Business Days

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be handled the next business day.
